From the get go they were serious about my wants and needs. They found a way to fit me in (long appointment, 5 plus hrs). Marina went above and beyond and was meticulous in her efforts to give me the results I wanted All staff, one new (only 3rd week) kept checking on me throughout and making sure I had the most stylish haircut and colour, design and refreshments along the way
