My appointment was for 10:45am. Was told 15-20 mins delay. After 40 mins I asked what was going on. Zoey looked after me and I was finally tended to by 12pm. Zoey is amazing at what she does. I have nothing but praise for her expertise and professionalism. Whilst I have walked away with a beautiful job I do believe the extended delay was glossed over. Also, was advised that an extra $100 would be charged as we had to use oleplex. If I had been advised when I made the appointment, I would have bought the bottle I had at home. I would like someone to contact me the final bill.
