Chloe was amazing very friendly and professional . She talked me through the whole colour and cut process to make sure she understood my needs and I got the colour and cut I wanted . I would highly recommend her .

This is not the fault of the stylist, but management who don’t clearly inform you that you are booking with a junior stylist. I am all for giving everyone a chance however if a junior stylist is to cut my hair, then I expect some transparency in order to make an informed decision. The layers in my hair are uneven and do not flow nicely. The whole point of getting a hair cut was to look good in my school staff photos tomorrow and now I am unsure on how that is going to look. The stylist’s demeanour was professional and on point and she gave me a really nice blow-dry and so I do not want to fault the stylist here without highlighting that management is allowing stylists to cut hair when they are not ready to cut hair just yet.
