An idea for improvement. With your regular clients how about making a note on their file as to their preferences regarding the refreshments offer by the salon. ie tea with milk and one sugar or a special note " doesn't drink tea or coffee". So,just before the client arrives for their appointment, the staff concerned would refer to the clients file and when the client is seated the staff member brings out the refreshment without having to ask the client each time. I would be very impressed, as a regular, to have, in my case, my water with additives served up to me. Just a thought.
