My usual hairdresser was off sick today so yesterday I was contacted and asked to come in at 11.15am instead of my 3.30pm appt which I accommodated. I work during the day and I was a few mins late from being on a business call and I got the impression the staff were annoyed at this. When I was called yesterday for the reschedule, I asked how much the services would cost, she said $100 for my semi and $90 for the trim and blow dry as it was a package. The hairdresser didn't ask me how I wanted my hair blow dried, whether I wanted it straightened or not. He finger dried my hair and I walked out of the salon with damp hair. Then he charged me $15 extra, $205 instead of $190 for less services as he didn't do a proper blow dry, without any explanation of what the extra charge was for. This salon has a higher price point than most which I've been happy to pay because I have felt the service and experience was worth it...not today. I've always recommended the salon to family and friends too.

I I am very disappointed with my Colour it is too dark and not what I asked for. My blow dry was very average and I was not asked how I wanted it styled. She was very polite though

I was there for four hours to cover my re-growth my hair colour is so dark it is the same as my re-growth hairdressers not very friendly except for manager

I did not appreciate the way I was spoken to by my hairdresser because I did not want a colour and need my hair cut a different shape

I was quoted $85 for a normal wash and cut when the appointment was made. I have short hair (just touching the shoulder) so this was slightly over priced but I wanted a good cut and agreed to the appointment. But when I went in for the cut, I was told that it would cost $110. This was an extreme cost for my short hair and slightly unprofessional to only advise a client when they were already in the chair.

Colour looked worse than it did when I came in. I explained that my hair was throwing a copper warmth after the last colour which I didn’t like I have had the same colour for 20 years a dark cool brown. It appeared that the technician didn’t have much experience in Colour. Waste of 2.5 hours and a babysitter to look after my 2 year old. Have spent a fortune on hair loss products from the salon that don’t seem to have done a thing… Disappointed ☹️
