This was not just a hair appointment - it was a lovely hair experience. They have an extensive list of complementary beverages (including a glass of sparkling) on arrival - so no ambiguity there. The consult was professional and inspired trust in the stylist - as they consulted each other to give best advice to me - the “hair spa” where they wash your hair is darkened, relaxing, removed from the main business of the salon and has massage recliners for a very comfortable and relaxing time at the basin (including a great hair wash and scalp experience). And care is taken throughout to ensure they are listening to what you want. Especially nice with the owner checking that you are comfortable and well looked after. Overall a wonderful 2 hours! I feel renewed!

Thank you Darcey. Wonderful cut, as always. Just love coming to Kaz Hair. A super relaxing, nice experience from beginning to end. Lila, the head massage was brilliant, so strong but gentle.
