My partner and I were booked in at the same time for essentially the same service with 2 different stylists and had experiences that were polar opposites. We are very grateful to the stylist that did my hair jumped in to correct and complete the service my partner received. We were extremely disappointed in the service he initially received, but others in the salon definitely went above and beyond to rectify this and we very much appreciated this.

Lovely salon with friendly staff, however it was very expensive I have never paid so much for a hair cut anywhere else even in Sydney

Timing of appointments often gets changed the day prior and often customer overlaps so left sitting around.

Very happy with result,as my hair needed help . Salon was friendly and could see that their clients were regular ( which is always good to see ) Thank you .

Very good service, however it is very expensive. My previous hairdresser charged $100 less for the same service. Would still be going to her except she has closed her business due to having a baby. Unfortunately I will have to look elsewhere going forward. Cannot afford over $300 for foils and a cut and blow dry every 8 weeks.
