The service was amazing from start to finish. So many times you walk into a salon and a hairdresser dives straight in when you might not even quite know what you want to do. As I am new to the salon, I loved how a bit of time was made for a conversation and I left feeling like I really got what I was looking for in both colour and cut. I really value a hairdresser that tells me what is achievable for my hair and the path to get there before I start the journey. The hair washing space is also super different and to have a head massage when you feel like you are separate from the rest of the salon in a darker space made me feel a bit transported to another place. I would describe Kaz Hair Brighton as being filled with professionals who smile - and who really want to engage and please their clients. Life can be pretty stressful generally and I had a couple of hours where I really forgot about the rest of the world and that was really appreciated.
