Kelly is a Magician. I was worried I’d be late for school pick up but she worked her magic and got me out with time to spare while still doing a great job gracefully and not looking rushed at all.

Kaz Hair Brighton has a focus on great professional service and great customer service. From the smiles that greet me from the front desk that then flow right through the salon, to the time taken to consult on my hair and a check in with what I want to achieve before we get started each time, I go from my walk in frizz to sleek or curly to straight or vice versa (my personal hair experiences only) I walk away with a style that I can happily replicate at home because my hairdresser Kellie has given me a style that really suits my hair.

I wasn't very happy with the service or the final results. It was the first time I had been to the hairdresser for foils in nearly 6 months, so I explained I wanted it the same colour blonde as strong blonde as possible. I booked in for a half a head of foils and toner and treatment. Paid $320 for it without a cut or blowdry. The hairdresser did not say 1 word or ask any questions after the initial brief consult. It was not a comfortable experience. I left the salon after 2.5 hours with hair which looks like it still has significant regrowth. You can see in the picture there are barely any foils and they are too thin to match the rest of the hair. I'm very disappointed.

Great experience overall. Calming atmosphere having the washing area separate. Daniella was very friendly and experienced in knowing exactly what I wanted. My daughter was also happy to be there enjoying her babychino! Thank you xx
