After a long day of work, I thank you for a relaxing experience and for being so kind and empathetic about the fact I was late due to travelling from the opposite side of town and getting caught in traffic. I also understand that this can set back subsequent appointments, please know it was much appreciated. I love sitting in a salon and listening to the chatter and banter. However, I prefer to not engage in conversation whilst having my haircut so that the hairdresser can concentrate on cutting - this is due to having quite a few bad experiences with chat taking over from quality and walking away with uneven hair. Please know that even though I may sit quietly, I am very appreciative of the service and fun that occurs. I love my haircut and look forward to my next appointment.
