I went to have the detox body wrap. I love body wraps and have had many over the years. the inch loss result on this one would be one of my lowest. I would like to recommend a couple of things. use the thick wide orange/tan bandages. more coverage of the body and a better compression rate. equals better results. and consider putting clients into a one piece water proof exersize suit and investing in the exercise tables that move for you whilst you lay there. I adored my experience at the karratha beauty salon however found that with the small improvements above you would have better lasting results which means more happy addicted customers like myself.

When booking the appointment, I inquired about the Pregnancy package as your brochure is not very specific as to what it entails. The person on the phone was not able to explain at all what was included and actually included less detail than the brochure. I would have happily booked this appointment but did not want to spend $175 when no one could even tell me what was included. I booked a full body massage specifying I would like to use your pregnancy pillow so I could lay on my stomach. When I arrived (5 minutes early though I was not called through until 5 minutes past my scheduled time) the room was not set up with the pregnancy pillow. I questioned if it could be used and the beautician had to go ask someone else as to what I meant. I understand she is new and I appreciate she went to ask someone else. However I then had to wait for the bed to be set up etc before my massage could commence. It was at least 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before the massage was started though it still finished at scheduled time. The massage itself was very relaxing and the beautician was very professional and I enjoyed the actual experience. However it is disappointing to pay for a service (a one hour body massage) and not receive the full service.
