This is the second time I have received a therapist that is clearly still learning I only got half the pedicure as I didn’t receive foot scrape only file and not even 5 minute leg massage , where I noticed the two ladies next to me had 15 minutes massage and allot more attentive to the care of their feet. This service felt very clumsy and even hurt my big toe where she filed my skin down too much I had to tell her it hurt This is the second time I have had a learning therapist do my feet And being charged full price I believe you should be informed that a learning therapist is doing your pedicure prior to starting and have the choice wether the client is ok to go ahead And it should not be charged full price as it was very very average job I do understand everyone has to learn Also I booked on line I thought it was $70 yet charged $75 could be wrong Thanks Nicole

Hi, the shaping of my eyebrows is really nice but the tint is horrific. I'm blonde and my eyebrows look black, very embarrassing to go out in public

Somewhat lacking in service e.g. I enquired during facial what product was being used , the answer "an oil" When lying on my back for facial a pillow for under knees/legs never offerred. Massage was very ordinary with the girl never asking at any stage any questions about pressure or any aspect of massage

Maybe invest in some new towels. The current ones look old, worn and thread hanging of them

Hello, On arrival at your salon I was greeted politely and offered a drink while I waited, which was appreciated. I then waited for 20 minutes for my pedicure booking. I was unable to put my feet in the water as it was scolding hot and was questioned when I asked politely for some cool water to be added. The massage chair didn’t really work when I tried to get it going, and the attendant admitted to that. Could not feel it at all. This was disappointing as there was two other free chairs. The colour of nail polish I chose was unavailable. The second one I chose the lady claimed was “old and dry but should be okay with a good shake”. It wasn’t and after doing one foot with it she said it looked terrible and clumpy and she was going to take it off and start again and to pick another (third) colour. Onto the third colour which thankfully looked lovely and was applied really well. Lastly there was no massage/moisturizing component to my Spa Pedicure. I noticed the lady next to me receive one and was very disappointed to not have it as part of my service. Was very disappointed with my $70 pedicure experience.
