I am never one for reviews but in this case I feel like it's best people know about the service offered at just you. Reception staff not overly friendly. I arrived 5mins early for my appointment which was booked for 11.30 for shellac mani and pedi. I waited 20mins before then the receptionist asked the therapist how long she would be. She came back to reception where I was sitting but didn't update me. I waited another 10mins and asked how long I could be waiting and she said 10mins. I said, will there still be time for both treatments and she said yes. I finally went into my appointment at 12.15. 45mins later. (It would of been nice to know this earlier so I could of done shopping or had lunch. Teagan was amazing and apologised of the receptions behalf that there is a messy bookings system. She only had time to do the mani as I had an appointment elsewhere at 1pm (which I was late for) I travel 3hrs to come to Karratha and line up my appointments as I only come for the day. I was so disappointed that no one contacted me before. Or offered me a drink or even let me look at the nail colours to choose. (When the time came to actually look at the colours there were 2 I chose that they didn't have) Iv had some awful customer service experiences here before by reception and manager but never mentioned it. Iv been coming here on and off for 10yrs giving them another shot each time, mainly if I can't get in elsewhere. Only good thing about this place is teagan and she is a part time therapist.
