I got a microdermabrasion last Thursday at 9 am. The following day I realised which was the reason why my forehead was sensitive to even the products that I use for self care. The machine scratched my forehead several times as you will see in the picture. I wouldn’t recommend this service at all. I hope those scratches don’t leave scarves. Terrible! I am very upset with this

The girl doing my facial was lovely. However it was very noisey in the salon and I was put in the room next to a lady having a pedicure who did not stop talking the whole treatment so it was hard to relax and zone out when all you can here is her talking. As soon as I got in the room the therapist told me she had to do my facial with gloves on because she'd cut her fingers. Could someone who didn't have to wear gloves do my facial instead? The girl was lovely but her pressure During the facial was very soft, as the facial massage was hardly a massage at all. She also didn't put any eyecream on. I also did not fill out any forms asking me about any health concerns or skin concerns I might have. I had essential oils used in the massage and was never asked at anytime if I was pregnant. I booked in for a Taylor made facial, not once was my skin looked at or was I asked any questions about my skin to know what products to use during the facial. After the facial finished I was offered a glass of water when I came out to the front desk. When I came out i was told everything had been fixed up and I was fine to go, without the glass of water. This isn't a big deal but if something is said it should happen. I used a gift voucher today but if I had paid for that myself I would not have been happy. I won't be back mostly because of the noise in the salon when your trying to relax. I don't want to get anyone in trouble but I feel you need to know how the customers feel.

The lady that did my eyebrows was very rude and when I had to go back as I wasn't happy she continued to be rude . I will go back because it it the only place to go but I will not have Debbie do my eyebrows again

I will think twice about returning, and definitely not for waxing. My eyebrows look good now but were red for 3 days afterwards and people were asking what I had wrong with me. Some skin was missing also. On the other hand, my eyelash dye was very well done.

My family and I came in for hair cuts, a toddler, man’s cut and woman’s. The service was great but our hair cuts are terrible - so bad in fact we’ve had to have them fixed somewhere else. Our son sat still for his cut but the quality is awful, patchy and uneven. Mine and my husbands were very similar. We definitely won’t be back.

After spending 5 hours in the salon (something that should have only taken 3hours max) I was very very disappointed with the service and outcome I received. As a busy working mum to a one year old, I decided to use my day off to treat myself and get my hair done. I had booked in to get a full head of foils (only to cover my regrowth). Something I had done many times before. I was a nice beige natural blonde and explained to thei hairdrrsser I wanted to remain the same colour and just wanted my regrowth done. Easy! After sitting in the chair for nearly 4 hours the foils were finally all put in. After spending most of this time stressing that it's taking way too long and that I need to get home to my baby, I then had to wait even longer for the colour and then toner to set and then a hair cut. The salon closed at 6, so I was made to pay for my service at 5:45. Fair enough. Once the colour was washed out and I was back in my chair and instantly noticed the colour was completely wrong! It was hard to hold back the tears as I could already see my once lovely beige blonde had turned into a disgusting yellow-white bleach colour. I definetly did not ask for this. I was mortified!!! It was now past 7pm and I was told to come back tomorrow if I wasn't happy. Luckily I already had the day off work as I would have not gone out in public looking like this!! I got home and just cried and cried and cried. It was so hideous! I reluctantly went back to the salon the next morning and the hairdresser who had done my hair the night before was so so rude to me, like I was an unconvinced to her! After three different toners later my hair was still not anything near to what I had asked for but looked a lot better than what it originally did. Still very unhappy with my service, I finally left and now to book at another hairdresser to fix the current mess of hair I have. I have no words for what happened. I don't understand how a professional can get something so very very wrong! I will not be going back there and will definetly not be recommending them to family or friends, especially after being treated the way I did when I had to go back to get my hair fixed! Disgusting!!!
