Firstly, I arrived for my 3pm appointment at 2.50pm, ushered to a room to fill in a form, then had to wait till 3.10pm until I was seen. The room I had my massage in was the first room behind the reception desk which throughout my massage I could hear staff talking and laughing. Also the air conditioning was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing through the entire massage so that's all I could think about. When asked to turn over onto my back I was not offered a pillow so was lying dead flat which was extremely uncomfortable and last but not least, the lights were on full where they should have been dimmed. Sorry to give this negative feedback but I honestly did not enjoy my massage.

In my opinion $120 for a facial should go for at least an hour and include a little relaxing neck, shoulder, head massage. My facial went for half an hour with no massage. I suppose they can get away with it as there isn't time frames mentioned on the price list. Also it is a noisy environment for someone wanting to unwind and relax while getting a facial as the rooms are more like cubicles and the walls are only 3/4 whereas if they were built to the ceiling it would block out the technicians talking about their plans for the weekend, other clients noise and make the whole experience more pleasureable.

I had a facial, eyebrow shape and eyelash tint The eyebrow shape and eyelash tint went well. The facial was done with a very light touch so there was no benefit from the scrub especially. Also, when the mask was on the girl left the room and I didn't realise until she came back when it was ready to be removed. This has never happened before (at other places), I have always been given some sort of massage during this time. Lovely girl though, but unusual service.

Staff / owner are unfriendly and made minimal effort to engage in any conversation during my appointment, I got the gist the therapist was on the phone as my lash tint developed. She made no conversation and to add it it made me wait 15 minutes to go in, while she wasn't attending any other clients. Wouldn't recommend this salon.

dirty salon. Even the front desk covered in fingerprints. Hand towel filthy. Door frames and light switches filthy. Waited 25 mins ,not relaxing , no music, no magazines. Just watched staff talking loudly. Beauty technician lovely but she was let down by her team and surroundings. This salon would not survive in a town where there was more competition.

Had my first massage at just u today. The girl was pleasant however spoke poor english therefore i didnt feel i could tell her when it hurt or when it was too soft. The ultimate ending to a massage is a head massage , this is the first time i havent recieved one which was dissapointing. Sorry to say i wont be back.
