Absolutely brilliant service. Very professional, very friendly, very knowledgeable. The Ultraceutical products are phenomenal. I have defected from Clinique - which I've used for many many years - and have never found anything remotely close to as good as Clinique - until I used the Ultraceutical protocol set up for me by Sam. I have been very pleasantly surprised by the results, and am a complete convert! I am in the process of a treatment for sun damage - t's too early yet to comment on results, but the information provided was excellent. I was made to feel very safe and comfortable about the procedure. Sam and Emily were both very professional and friendly, and were able to answer all my queries and more. Emily made me feel very at ease while undergoing the treatment, which wasn't at all painful (which I was expecting). Overall, I am very very pleased with everything about my experience.
