From the first phone call I made to the first time I walked into the salon, I was welcomed and felt so comfortable. All my thoughts and concerns I had about my hair went away. They listened to what I wanted and what was actually needed. I felt confident and trusted their opinions. I have not once left the salon unhappy. All the staff are extremely professional very experience and friendly. I am glad I found Insignia Salon. Xxx

Insignia is my local salon and I would not go anywhere else for my beauty treatments. The staff are super friendly and the quality of the service is top class. I only have one point of constructive feedback - I had a massage recently and was really cold during the experience. The massage was lovely but the room was very cold and there was only a towel covering me so it kind of took away from the relaxation of the experience slightly.
