I was lucky enough to have Mitchell do my hair , he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. He did an amazing colour on my hair. And he transformed it to exactly how I asked . So very happy with the result and overall experience of Insignia.

I had been searching for 4 over 4 years for a good hair dresser one that I could have a good time with and would know understand my hair and not only what I want but what Iam after I can say I found my perfect match with the talented Alicia. I found Alicia to be professional and easy to ask questions to. I explained to Alicia my issue with my fringe is it looks great for three days because a professional has done it but after that time it didn't look the same, Alicia cut my fringe so I could maintain it afterwards and also gave me great tips and advice. I Also would like to say thank you to the young girl doing her training, she gives the best head massage and is pleasant to talk to, all the best at Tafe. I've never looked forward to my next hair cut before it seems like 8weeks is so far away. Thank you.x

My hair was an utter catastrophe after I did a DIY at home, even after I tried to strip the colour. Alex did a fantastic job and made me feel and look beautiful again. Everyone at the salon was absolutely lovely and welcoming there. I highly recommend this salon.

Toda’s visit to Courtney was fantastic.... who would’ve thought just an eyebrow wax/tiny and an eyelash tint could be so relaxing.
