Usually I leave feeling very happy, today my service cost $25 more than normal, not sure why but after reviewing my receipt and see $50 for a cut and blow wave which is a dry off really on very short hair is overly expensive. Another issue today was witnessing the owner chastising a staff member about her leave request in front of clients sitting at the basin is not appropriate, as the owner she should be discreet with the management of her staff.

She provides great, realistic, quality advice & I leave every time feeling like a million dollars. Great service as always! Best salon in the Penrith area. Highly recommend Aleisha - she’s responsible for giving me my favourite haircut so far. You won’t be disappointed with the atmosphere, the service or the staff.
