Today my experience was absolutely appalling. If they had no one to cut my hair they should of spoken up when they called me to explain this situation. I did not even make a new appointment as I was so angry. I am still angry about my visit tonight.

I have been visiting now for approx 2yrs and have always had Mikaela, who has been an absolute wonder, she is patient and always gives me great advise and treatment, ten stars all the way, thank you. The rest of the group are all so very welcoming, I would highly recommend you give them a go.

For the 1st time in probably the last 5 visits to a salon, I actually felt like I hair a professional doing my hair. Haley understood what I was asking and provided helpful feedback. She did exactly what I wanted and I was not at all nervous when she had the scissors in her hands and I felt she knew what she was doing. The end result was exactly what I asked for. The whole experience was professional and and reassuring.I definitely recommend the salon and Hayley to friends & family, she really knows her craft.
