I have recently started coming to Insignia, and I am more than pleased with the overall experience here. All the hairdressers are so professional and good at what they do. Alix has been my stylist both times I have come and I have never been happier with a hair colouring than when Alix has done it for me. Great work Insignia xxxxxx

I’ve been a loyal customer for about 7yrs and I have my usual hairdresser. She’s helped me to try new hairstyle by giving an honest assessment of what I want and what I should have. Every time I have a request of a certain style, the hairdresser would spend time to explain to me how she would do the job and she would also give her suggestions. But I just wished that it wasn’t so expensive, maybe the current point system should be more achievable by earning bigger points for each dollar spent. Maybe a better incentive by reaching a certain points can qualify for a trim or a quick hair treatment or scalp massage. Please review the pricing. In saying that, I would still recommend Insignia because the quality of work is worth to experience,,,,at least once!

Always a friendly relaxed environment with hairdressers prepared to listen to you, unlike some salons where you come out with a version of what every one is getting.

I received a voucher for mothers day for a package. It included facial, massage, full body exfoliation and wrap, vichy shower and shampoo/dry. I felt my experience was very disjointed, in between all of these treatments i had to get completely redressed to go to the next room, it was a very cold day - an offer of a robe would have been great. The experience felt disorganised as after my massage I was going to be sent to have my hair done prior to my exfoliation and vichy shower until I mentioned this seemed silly. My "full body" exfoliation involved having the front of my legs, arms and chest applied with a scrub. The back of my body was not exfoliated in any way. The voucher described a "personalised wrap" - apparantly that was what was rubbed on my legs and arms?.. The facial and massage were wonderful and Steve did an amazing job an my hair. I don't see myself returning for the whole experience was not great, I actually felt as though Nobody had organised it properly. Disappointed.
