I’m so glad I found this place. Not only is everyone always warm and friendly, but you know that you are always going to receive exceptional service and expert advice. I have been able to experience all aspects of their services, from a relaxing and rejuvenating facial & massage, to fabulous hair & perfect makeup, qualify nails and even natural looking tans… every service I’ve had I have always felt like they have gone above and beyond…. Including being offered drink and snacks to make the experience even more welcoming. I am always happy to travel a little further to receive exactly what I am dreaming of and more. Today I came in with a tension headache and all the stresses of a hectic week not knowing how I’ll get to the end when it’s only “Wednesday”… but I am now walking out with no headache and feeling like a warrior ready to face the world again, knowing I look a little more “glamorous” at the same time. SENDING A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL THE WONDERFUL STAFF AT INSIGNIA FOR THEIR WORK AND DEDICATION TO HELPING US LOOK AND FEEL OUR BEST… it doesn’t go unnoticed and that’s why I’ll always be back for more!!! 🥰

My daughter had hair and makeup done for her year 10 formal. The hair was done beautifully, we were both very happy with it. The hairdresser listened. However, the makeup was not as we requested. I spoke to the makeup artist and and asked her to do something age appropriate, as my daughter is 15. Not too heavy, not dramatic. She did not respond well to me. My daughter also said she did not want the makeup to be too heavy, and she did not want lipstick. The makeup was very heavy, far too much, and she got lipstick. The artist did not listen to either of us, just did what she wanted. My daughter had to wipe off quite a bit of it before she went to her formal. We were disappointed.
