I had a great experience with Lauren H from start to finish. She took great care with her work and listened really carefully prior to cutting and styling my hair. She left my hair looking much better than I’ve had it in a while. Definitely will be booking again.

Amazing staff who are friendly and make you feel comfortable. Fantastic and to quality services. I wouldn’t think to go anywhere else to get my lashes done except here! The salon itself it’s gorgeous and makes it such a relaxing and fun experience.

I had a restyle cut and blowdry with Phoebe, I have been in the hairdressing industry for 24years and iI could not fault the service.Thankypu to all the staff for a wonderful experience.

The initial quote was $140 (just a colour for medium length hair - no cut, treatments or styling) - but it ended up being close to $400 with poor reasons given as to the massive price increase (application of bleach, covering greys, matching a colour to my natural colour - I thought these were normal "colour" things?). I sat for over 3 hours just for a result I'm not happy with, they definitely understood what I wanted before starting, but it turned out different to what I asked for. Different staff kept attending to my hair including an apprentice, they seem to swap clients/tasks whenever they feel like it, so I think miscommunication between multiple staff led to the poor outcome and caused delays. One of the ladies came up and took a photo of me without consent and no explanation given. In the hours I was there I had a cup of water and a biscuit, towards the end of my visit I seen another customer enjoying a glass of wine and a selection of cheese and crackers on a wooden board. I asked a lady attending me, "do you do wine and cheese?" and she explained how they do offer that to customers - it wasn't offered to me though. My wet hair was blowdried in a rush with little care at the end. After my visit I realised I still had grey hairs that hadn't been covered properly, as well as the application of colour was really patchy. I honestly feel embarrassed and regretful at the amount of money I spent. And my hair needs to be fixed because I can't hide the uneven colour. I will never return, it was a very expensive mistake.
