This was my second time using Insignia. Both times the salon has been welcoming very professional, clean and personable in their dealings with customers. I'm someone with naturally curly hair and I know thats not something that is often tailored to styling well. But I took the risk and hoped that maybe they had someone who knew how to work with curly hair. The cutting went absolutely fine, that was no problem whatsoever. Love the length, cut and style of the cut, just what I wanted. The let down came at the finish, sadly. The product, scrunch and diffuse, always leaves curly hair looking like a horrendous 80's tragedy. Thats not how I was hoping to leave the salon, but was so eager to get home and shower the prickly hair off myself and fix my hair I couldn't explain the disappointment adequately. My sincerest hope is that sometime in the future there might be some training offered where staff could be better equipped to work with naturally curly hair without the only styling option being straightening.

Insignia was completely professional and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My daughter was both anxious and excited about her very first haircut, and the entire team made her feel comfortable and supported, turning the experience into a truly memorable one. Our whole family was welcomed so warmly and even offered beverages and a snack, which was such a lovely touch and made the experience feel extra special. Natalie, her stylist, was wonderful. She clearly knew how to care for and cut very long hair and took so much care throughout the entire service. She even kept my daughter’s first lock of hair and gave it to us as a keepsake, which was such a thoughtful and meaningful touch

Staff were lovely and ensured the result was what we wanted. They checked in with us, discussed pricing and ensured we were comfortable.

I have been a client of beauty for over twelve months. Today I had my hair cut and dried by the most professional girls. Special thanks to the two Michaelas who did an amazing job. Definitely recommend this salon.
