THis was my second visit. My first visit was great the hairdresser explained everything and was great !If i was rating the above on my 1st vist it would be all 10's ! My 2nd time there i wanted the same - had a different hairdresser but thought it was all written down on my card so would not have any problems having the same color etc. I was asked what i wanted done and asked them to refer to the card as i was really happy with last time. They made me feel out of place in asking this - and when asked questions, felt they did not explain to me in terms that i understood. I will return but will be asking for the orignal hairdresser as she was fantastic ! Overall great location and environment !

Simmone is on wonderful hairdresser. Professional, curtious, great colourist and lovely to chat to. I trust her with my hair any day and would happily recommend her work to any one.

It was 4 hours of sheer bliss. I will be back after experiencing a massage, facial, pedicure and wash and blow dry. It was the best treatment I have experienced so far and the ladies were lovely.
