I was surprised to receive a gift voucher in the mail from Insignia just because it was my birthday. That was a very nice touch! As I've never received anything from the other salons I've been to in the past. I go back to Insignia because I like the way Alana cuts my hair, the service is great, it's close to where I live and parking is convenient! And the price is really good because I'd go back more often than less. Two thumbs up from me!

I thoroughly enjoyed a deluxe, 1 hour facial yesterday. Amy was professional & friendly. My skin was left feeling soft & subtle; I highly recommend treating yourself to one.

Had never been to the salon before but I used a voucher for a 'New You' package from a local publication, got a booking on the day I wanted and really enjoyed the whole thing, exceptional value. Also got my eyebrows done and happy with the shaping too.

The reason for 10 out of 10 for the friendliness was because it wasn't over noisy and chatty; other people might prefer the opposite. I especially enjoyed the shampoo and massage. The outlook over the park is also very relaxing, I had an extremely pleasurable afternoon. 10 out of 10 to Alana.

I have had my hair coloured, cut and styled by both Emma and Simone. Both are friendly and experienced hairdressers. The salon is modern and clean with the latest in hair care products and prices are reasonable. I also like that Insignia has a Facebook page so that you can read other customer comments, get offered great deals and see pix of recent styles by the salon. I have already referred the salon to my mum who now attends with me and is equally happy with the Insignia team.
