I am so glad I found Insignia. The service is exepetional and I also come out feeling very happy and beautiful. Lou has cut my hair the last couple,of times and she always listens and cuts my hair to perfection. When I walk into the salon I always feel at ease and not judged by the way I look like some. Highly recommend Insignia you will not be disappointed.

I don't normally leave reviews but as I am new to the area and was looking around for awhile and unsure which salon to go to. I would highly recommend insignia. The salon is nice, clean and modern, the girls I had were really good, my color looks great an so does my cut. I find it to find a hairdresser who cuts my fringe the way I like it and she did it perfect. Very reasonably priced and I received a discount for being a first time customer. I would rate my hair and experience a 10/10 and will defeniatly come back.

I did not complete the survey above because i had two treatments and would rate each very differently. I would definitely recommend the facial and the beautician Marianne did a great job however I would not recommend the masseus I had. She seemed a little inexperienced.

Lou was lovely and I'm very happy with the job she did, however the young lady (not sure what her name was) washing my hair was very rough and it was almost like she was pulling my hair. I normally look forward to the wash part, but this was not enjoyable. I felt like she was in a huge hurry. Other than that, everything was great. Thank You!
