Thank you for my new hair colour, I absolutely love it and have so much faith in all the girls at Insignia, can't praise them enough. They just seem to know exactly what I want and always make it happen perfectly so thank you all a million times.

I felt the stylist was a little standoffish when I told her what she did last time wasn't what I was after. I thought to myself oh great, this appointment is going to be awkward. However, as the appointment went on, it got better. She listened & seemed to understand my vision. She gave her opinion on a cut, I went ahead with it & absolutely love it. Whilst paying, she answered numerous phone calls at the desk, she could've used some help there. I don't think you have it, you should put pricings of your products on display somehow, as when I got to the counter I didn't know how much I was up for. Love the result.

I love going to Insignia! There is always a smile from someone to greet me, everyone is always so nice. Not only are they all very professional but they do exactly what I ask everytime. I have recommended friends & family & they are of the same opinion. Amanda should be very proud of her staff & the staff should be honoured to have such a talented boss. Finally I have never had my hair washed or my head massaged so well! Thoroughly enjoy it. We'll done all staff at Insignia, keep up the great work.

Moved house recently and really happy to have found such a great salon that gives great service and great value for money. All the girls are really friendly too.
