I have a retail business and am very critical of poor customer service. At Insignia the staff are always friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. The salon is managed brilliantly and the staff are all experienced and skilled at their work. I will continue to have my hair and beauty needs met at Insignia.

I was very unhappy with my experience today. I felt rushed, as the girl was running behind and had other clients waiting. I was in satisfied with my result when I had a closer look when I got home. I don't think I'll be going back.

I asked for my hair to be cut so that it sits firm on my shoulders, shown a picture of what I wanted. Been here many times before and been happy with the cut and style but I couldn't get my normal lady I thought another lady would be ok. My hair has been cut so much shorter than I asked for. My hair is 2-3 cm above my shoulders and it isn't even cut straight. The right side is higher than the left. And the layer incosistant. Makes matters worse I'm getting married eloping on Monday 29th feb. I cried all day. And have tried many styles today many clips but I am crushed my hair doesn't match my dress.
