My only didsapointment was being asked if I would like a coffee, responding yes but never receiving it. The salon was busy & my hairdresser Jess was warm, welcoming & up to the task of restyling my do & love the caramel foils....love this salon.

The staff were arguing and the person cutting my hair had to keep leaving me to advise on other customers. Happy enough with the haircut but after being a loyal customer for a few years I will not necessarily be rushing back. I felt second rate and uncomfortable that day.
