I had the most amazing visit to Insignia. Olivia is so talented & styled a gorgeous updo for me. I was over the moon when I was also offered formal make up due to a cancellation. It was very thoughtful of Melissa to ask if I'd like to add make up on. I was thrilled with the finished look - perfect for my night out! The hair & make up package is great value for money!

I have a retail business and am very critical of poor customer service. At Insignia the staff are always friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble. The salon is managed brilliantly and the staff are all experienced and skilled at their work. I will continue to have my hair and beauty needs met at Insignia.

I was very unhappy with my experience today. I felt rushed, as the girl was running behind and had other clients waiting. I was in satisfied with my result when I had a closer look when I got home. I don't think I'll be going back.
