Never been disappointed.. and today was no exception I had Bianca today as Emma my wonderful hairdresser is away on maternity leave. Bianca certainly is an amazing hairdresser as well...confident, very pleasant and my new haircut was perfect. thanks Bianca

On my first visit I was very pleased with my haircut but disappointed with my colour. On my second visit Taylor re-coloured my hair and it turned out awesome, the colour was exactly what I wanted. Thank you to the Salon for re-booking me to rectify my colour, and a huge thank you to Taylor. I now love both my hair cut and colour. Thank you so much. I will keep going back. ☺️

Thank you so much Selena and co, for fixing my hair today. I never find it easy to speak up, when I am not satisfied. But everyone at Insignia Hair and Day understood, and quickly rectified the situation. I know that hair colours can react with the natural pigments (melanin) in individuals. I will definitely be back.

As my hair dried out more, a pink hue was more evident. My husband’s reaction that night was of shock. My work colleagues all describe the colour as pink. The photo attached is of my hair before the first home wash. I was hoping the next wash would calm the colour down. But the pink just became more evident. I put the hair treatment on yesterday and my hair still has a pink brassy tone. I was pleased with the cut and I am sure the hairdresser is experienced, but this colour has not turned out as myself (the client) nor hairdresser expected. The colour is meant to be dark. I need to have this hair colour fixed.
