I’m a middle aged fat lady who needed waxing of some very private areas, plus legs and pits- and I’m ashamed of how bad my body looks as I haven’t looked after it well until now, but Maddy and Sheree were friendly, professional and straightforward. They explained everything that was going to happen, gave me options, and were able to easily work around my arthritic hip that doesn’t bend out so well. I’m humbled and so happy with how lovely these girls were, and I feel so much better and much less nervous about next time.

As always - Steve did a fantastic job on my hair. I just love it! He always takes the time to listen to what I want to achieve and provides advice on what is realistic, always taking the overall health of my hair into consideration. Every staff member here is awesome. They always take the time to make sure you are comfortable and that you don’t need anything. Could never go to any other salon.

Wonderful service from the Insignia staff today. I received a text message from the salon the day before as well. Cheree is a wonderful , experienced beautician who takes a lot of care for any service she provides.
