Love the service I receive. Stupidly i showered and used a cloth. OOps, most of tan came right off. The girl did tell me last time not to use a cloth in the shower but I forgot this time. Hopefully I'll remember if I ever do it again. Looks like I'll be paler than I wanted for my daughters wedding on Friday.

Thank you Steve for colouring my hair today !!! You were so professional and listened to what I wanted and was able to provide a solution to keeping my golden blonde and also covering those pesky greys ! You are the only hairdresser that has not turned my grey hair ash or purple ! Thanks again x

This was my first visit to Insignia and I was so impressed with the salon and service. My hair colour was perfect and the girls went to a lot of effort to make sure they understood the colour and look I was after. I would definitely recommend and visit again
