The girl who washed my hair was quite rough, she must have seen the look on my face, as about half way through she asked if it was too hard, and did rectify the situation after that.

Appointment ran 15 mins late and it was another 15 minutes before I was attended to. At this point it was not Jess who looked after me it was another girl who didn't introduce herself and started dying my hair. At this point i was slightly nervous as i didn't know what was going on. Salon was busy and lots of rushing around, i felt it was slightly inconvenient being there late and was not as focused on detail and enjoyable experience as other visits. They say going to the hairdresser is your girly gossip and catch up but when a client can hear the staff gossiping about other staff i think that is unacceptable. Colour and cut I receive was as asked for and completely satisfied in the end with what Jess did for me :)

I have had my hair done by a different staff member each time yet i walk away happy everytime! Love this salon! Definatley would recommend it!

I really appreciated my hair being recut and shaped Today. I was really happy with the result.
