Usually I leave feeling very happy, today my service cost $25 more than normal, not sure why but after reviewing my receipt and see $50 for a cut and blow wave which is a dry off really on very short hair is overly expensive. Another issue today was witnessing the owner chastising a staff member about her leave request in front of clients sitting at the basin is not appropriate, as the owner she should be discreet with the management of her staff.

Mitchell is simply fabulous every time. What is disappointing is the lack of product available leading to the hairdresser having to come up with a 'work around' when the colour they need isn't available.

The treatment rooms are a little bit too hot.

Experience was good. Was just a bit unhappy with the balayage. Looked like it was foils at the front instead of the balayage. Feel as though it started too close to my scalp and cannot see too much of my natural root colour.
