Emma is my usual girl but she had been on mat leave. During this time, Bianca looked after me and recommend her to friends, but I was saddened to find out she had left. I was considering going somewhere else after I found out Bianca had left, but Emma saved the day for me when I found she came back from mat leave.

My overall experience was fabulous, however I normally have a fantastic head massage when my hair is getting washed, that didn’t occur at all, and I had to remind the lady washing my hair that I normally have a toner applied. The toner was then applied after conditioner had been applied and then rinsed off, my foils aren’t as noticeable as usual! Pheobie was very apologetic and said she would ensure I have a ten minute head massage on my next appointment! Kind regards Donna

I love coming to the salon but i find the prices are not consistent. I get charged a different price everytime i go for the same thing.

I attended the salon several years ago and some staff were rude on both accessions. But my daughter told me to give it another as it’s a great salon now. Today was a lovely experience the staff were kind, professional and respectful. I had a spray tan I think it was danielle . Thank you

Mitchell was fantastic. Counselled me on my new cut and how to care best for my type of hair. My experience was utterly spoilt, however, by the arrival of a woman insisting that her three boys receive haircuts despite their incredibly loud, shrill and distressing vocal protestations. In future these kids should either be first thing in the morning, or you know what....go to the Just Cuts in the Plaza where people are not paying good money for a relaxing and indulgent haircut, facial, manicure etc. I will certainly be asking if this family will be there next time I book. And if so, I'll be going elsewhere.
