Staff are friendly and inviting. Lovely to walk into an environment and be greeted with a smile and friendly hello. Very professional and provide an array of services all under one roof. Its lovely to see team members working together to help one another out. Wonderful and very useful professional advice given when using new products and how to use them on my hair and also helping me achieve what I am after not what the stylist wants to see. Love having my Hair done!!

I moved away from the area, but was never able to find a salon that came close to Insignia near my new home The 40 minute drive back is worth every second, because I know that I will get good advice, great service and, always, ALWAYS, an amazing cut and colour
