It is quite difficult to change salons, so I was a bit apprehensive today. My stylist Mitchell was friendly and efficient. I have rebooked for another appointment in four weeks time, as I think I may have found my new salon.

Emma was flat out with 3 clients and managed to fit me in and do an amazing up style in 18 mins this was my first time here and I'll be booking in for all my hair appointments with Emma and recommending her to friend and family really happy with the service and hair!

I was booked in for a facial and a massage last week as a way to unwind and treat myself. The microdermabrasion facial was spectacular, I really enjoyed the end result as well as how informed my beauty therapist was. This particular person has always done an amazing job with every service I get. Following this, I had a half hour massage which was a tad disappointing. As I have chronic back pain, I asked for this massage to be half relaxation and half working with the muscle pain. I was not impressed by the technique used and sadly, was not able to relax as much as I had hoped. I left feeling little difference, as though I had not had a massage. Although I had a wonderful visit to Insignia as I always do, I feel as though I could've saved myself the money and just stuck with the facial.
