Hi Team, As usual the team at Insignia are professional and I always walk out feeling great! I opted to include a massage and treatment today and was a little underwhelmed! The massage was very brief - which sometimes I think I should do when I book my normal service. This did not make me think - I am missing out on anything special. Thank you! Phoebe is an asset to the team!

Everyone was so lovely, friendly and professional, including those I was not dealing with directly. As someone who is fashion impaired, the guidance was perfect without being uncomfortable but still checking in for how I’m feeling about the look and what vibe I’m after, etc.

Great salon, always treated lovely from the moment my daughter and I enter, lovely and clean, great range of products and staff are always happy to recommend take home products to help maintain our hair and health of our hair. I always see Steve and my 16 year old daughter loves Phoebe, they are both lovely and knowledgeable and always treat us like a valued customer. Kate is always lovely and treats us like a valued customer also.

Big thank you to Nat for always making me feel comfortable, and for her clear communication/feedback. I have never enjoyed getting my hair done, as it is not something I am great at or know much about, but Nat and team do a great job in giving me advice and tips on my level and never make me feel judged/silly for not knowing. Now I love getting my hair done and feeling pampered, the drinks and snacks offered throughout take the experience to the next level and I always walk out feeling a million bucks :)
