My overall experience was fabulous, however I normally have a fantastic head massage when my hair is getting washed, that didn’t occur at all, and I had to remind the lady washing my hair that I normally have a toner applied. The toner was then applied after conditioner had been applied and then rinsed off, my foils aren’t as noticeable as usual! Pheobie was very apologetic and said she would ensure I have a ten minute head massage on my next appointment! Kind regards Donna

I showed Natalie photo's and explained what I wanted and she heard me! She did EXACTLY what I asked and made sure to check I was happy with it along the way. She is an exceptional hairdresser.

Excellent experience with Phoebe and I will definitely stay with Insignia and ask for Phoebe. A small point I Would have liked more discussion about my style cut at the beginning, but I ended up with what I wanted in the end.
