Staff not wearing masks, no other clients wearing masks. My stylist was interrupted and called away about 8 times during the 45 minutes she spent completing the hair cut and blow dry. No conversation about styling was completed before she started - my very curly hair was blow dried dead straight then cut. Will not return.

This was a well presented salon. I went for a deluxe pedicure but I did not anything deluxe about it, I have 4 cuts on my toes from having shellac filed of which was not a pleasant experience. Won't be returning for a pedicure again. The girl very nice but not worth the price.

My daughter had hair and makeup done for her year 10 formal. The hair was done beautifully, we were both very happy with it. The hairdresser listened. However, the makeup was not as we requested. I spoke to the makeup artist and and asked her to do something age appropriate, as my daughter is 15. Not too heavy, not dramatic. She did not respond well to me. My daughter also said she did not want the makeup to be too heavy, and she did not want lipstick. The makeup was very heavy, far too much, and she got lipstick. The artist did not listen to either of us, just did what she wanted. My daughter had to wipe off quite a bit of it before she went to her formal. We were disappointed.

Today my experience was absolutely appalling. If they had no one to cut my hair they should of spoken up when they called me to explain this situation. I did not even make a new appointment as I was so angry. I am still angry about my visit tonight.
