My daughter went in to get her hair done for her Year 12 formal. She had a picture of the style she wanted as well as explaining exactly what she wanted. The stylist did nothing remotely like she was shown. If it wasn't for Steve coming to the rescue and redoing my daughter's hair, the day would have been ruined. Thank you Steve for saving the day.
