InnerSense Beauty & Day Spa has been established for 18 years. Sonya Annesley has proudly been a partner & owner for this entire time. We pride ourselves on treating each and every one of our clients with the nurturing care they each deserve!
The point of difference at our day spa is the welcoming, friendly and caring staff who take great pleasure in being professional, but who also love a laugh as well!
Whether it’s for quick waxing treatments in our beautiful ground floor rooms, or an entire pampering package in our tranquil treatment rooms upstairs, we can cater to all your beauty and relaxation needs.
Our treatment rooms are a haven where you can relax, unwind and forget your day-to-day worries. Your treatments will be conducted amidst scented candle light, low lighting and soft relaxation music. A modern bathroom – complete with a full spa can soothe away the stress.
Our gifted therapists at InnerSense Beauty & Day Spa can tailor-make an individual package for the special person in your life. We love to take the stress out of peoples’ lives and love to see our clients refreshed and rejuvenated after a visit to our elegant spa.

InnerSense at Engadine has been my No 1 salon for many years - apart from overseas holidays when I may have indulged in a luxury, I have yet to use another salon for my regular treatments since they first commenced their business. The staff are A1 in regard to professionalism, friendliness, and making you feel that you are the most important person to them during your appointment visit. I initially approached this salon as it was marketed as "professional and tuned in with mature needs". And this is so right.....and just to clarify mature doesn't necessarily refer to the clientele age group but rather the adaptability of the staff to personalize each clients needs regardless of age group - wow - that's magic as far as I'm concerned! I had been to other salons which although some were fine, others made me uncomfortable as I felt I was "too old" for them to understand my needs. Not so with Innersense, as I said - adaptable for all age groups as they are up to date with todays trends but also in tune with others - and their treatments are very reasonably priced compared to other salons in the area. I wholeheartedly recommend this salon - you wont be disappointed!
