Booked my appointment 3 weeks ago for eyelash infills I am a regular customer for over 3/4 years now. Booked in with nadina was told she was too busy to do my lashes which I had the appointment in for 3 weeks in advance. Had my lashes done not thick enough to what I normally get not going to last me the next 3 weeks like I normally do going to cost me more to sort out. Never had issues however not very happy about this. Going to have to spend money on strip lashes to thicken my eyelashes up costing me more money. Staff are lovely I can not fault them however feel let down when had an appointment booked in advance and changed last minute when I arrived at salon.

Had gel toes and have had to go and get them redone

I visited the salon today for what I had booked as a gel pedicure. When I arrived, I was told that I wasn't booked in for a pedicure and that, due to time constraints, they only had enough time to remove the existing gel from my toes and reapply it. I didn't challenge this at the time because I assumed I had misunderstood what was included when I made the booking. I was disappointed because the main reason for my appointment was to have my feet properly refreshed, including the removal of hard skin with a pumice. Instead, all I received was some exfoliating cream before the gel was reapplied. When I went to pay, I was charged for a gel pedicure. Again, I didn't question it because I wasn't completely sure what a gel pedicure should include. However, when I got home, I checked the salon's website and found that there is a clear difference between a gel removal and reapplication on the feet (which is the service I actually received) and a gel pedicure. I contacted the salon this afternoon and asked for the manager to call me, but I still haven't received a response. This is not the level of customer service or professionalism I would expect from a high-end salon, and I'm very disappointed with both the treatment I received and the lack of follow-up.

I booked an appointment with a stylist to find out at the end of the appointment it was another stylist that had been doing my hair. . And no one thought to tell me ! I asked for a cut but I received a trim instead . The salon also freezing cold. The stylist was more expensive than the one booked which wasn't a problem financially but again they should inform customers that it's going to cost more . This is the third poor experience in this salon so it's sayonara from me !

Unfortunately I won’t be back, I have been coming best part of a year, my stylist who I always book is always running late and always seems to have a few clients on the go, therefore keeps handing me over to either a newly qualified or someone who is only training, I am certainly not knocking the young girls but I am not paying cheap, I am paying for one of the more experienced stylists and for the last 3 times have been handed over to a junior which unfortunately do not have the experience to do my hair the way I like it. Today was the final straw, my colour which was done off a newly qualified was all wrong, I have a couple of different colours in and on one side it’s obvious that the colour was put on wrong as i have a broad band of bright blonde rather than alternating colours. My roots were also not done which I always have done, when I pointed this out I was told I wasn’t booked in for that , only half a head of highlights and lowlights which took 3 and a half hours I agree the younger ones have to learn but I always pay extra for an experienced stylist, if I want to let the less experienced practice on my hair, I can go to the local college for a fraction of the price. I am sorry to be negative about today’s visit but hopefully yous act on it and improve your service.

Hair appointment lasting a total of 12 minutes no hair products offered, no coffee but then would have took longer to boil a kettle than to cut my hair.
