Very quick service which I always appreciate. Ellie who shampooed my hair was absolutely lovely and I hope she has a wonderful prom! The Ellie who cut my hair was lovely to chat to, friendly and easy to get along with. Made the haircut experience very enjoyable and kept me updated with what she was doing every step. Asked me if I was happy with everything and it honestly couldn’t have been more of a lovely experience. Would recommend and deffo go again!

I really loved my experience. I get really nervous and felt very relaxed considering how nervous I felt. The overall look and style was amazing. The blonde was wonderful. I felt amazing having people wash brush and have a salon quality look. Can't wait to come back again.

I booked an appointment with a stylist to find out at the end of the appointment it was another stylist that had been doing my hair. . And no one thought to tell me ! I asked for a cut but I received a trim instead . The salon also freezing cold. The stylist was more expensive than the one booked which wasn't a problem financially but again they should inform customers that it's going to cost more . This is the third poor experience in this salon so it's sayonara from me !
