It was my first Hollywood wax and Kimberley instantly put me at ease. She had a good balance between being friendly/ bubbly and professional. Kimberley offered me some great advice for in between waxes which I’ll be sure to use. I am pleased with the outcome of my wax and will definitely be returning for future waxes.
