I was very impressed with the communication pre appointment. Every member of staff I had contact with was helpful, professional and welcoming. Aggie suggested a colour which really compliments my skin tone. I was delighted with the end result. Thank you 😊

My appointment was interrupted twice during my therapy. My appointment was interrupted once fir stock check and secondly for a disgruntled customer wanting to know how much longer she had to wait. My appointment was booked as an hour it finished 10minutes before the hour. I can only surmise that someone double booked an appointment which puts the technician under unnecessary stress and I felt uncomfortable. It was no way the technicians fault she apologised for interruptions was very kind considerate and friendly. She is a credit to your establishment.

Always happy with hair, love the atmosphere and chat and its a pleasure to visit. The last few times including having a colour, Ive not had a coffee - maybe the facility has been removed but it was always nice to have one while waiting and having a very rare sit down!
