Although staff (Kyle) was lovely and I like my cut. My curls dropped out before lunch time, before I got to the wedding i was attending. I did say that my hair didn’t hold very well and ask for tighter curls and more spray to hold but this was disregarded so the money spent on the curling was wasted which is a shame. . Kyle was lovely and patient not asking me too many questions about products etc, as I had already said I wasn’t a huge fan of hair dressers. That I always feel really awkward and uncomfortable, with questions about the treatments etc. Kyle made me feel slightly less anxious than I usually do which is something that would encourage me to use the salon again.
