I had a dreadful experience. My appointment was at 12 and I had a call at 11.30 saying they were running late and could i come at 12.20, and then 12.40pm. I agreed. I got there at 12.40 and checked in. I was still sitting there at 13.05. Eventually Clara came down and on the way upstairs she told me saturdays were always crazy. I explained that i had been waiting a long time and she just kept telling me the system was broken, I was really annoyed. I had my wax which was fine and then agreed to the dermabrasion but the experience was ruined as i was not relaxed. when I went to pay the guy on the desk apologised and I only paid 50% which was very appreciated but it was really not great. I will try again with the other therapist but the system needs fixing!

Washing hair skill should be improved, feel like my hair is not washed properly as his fingers only touch the surface of my hair. Apart from that, the rest are fine :)

AMAZING HAIR CUT & COLOUR SO, SO HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. MY ONLY NOTE WOULD BE, I WAS A MODEL CUT AND COLOUR WHICH COST $50 (AMAZING THANKS FOR LETTING BE A MODEL) MY ONLY CONCERN WAS THAT WHEN I CAME TO PAY, I FOUND OUT A $47 TREATMENT HAD BEEN PUT ON MY HAIR, COMPLETLEY UNBEKNOW TO MYSELF. I DIDN'T MIND PAYING AS IT MOST PROBALY NEEDED IT - BUT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO OF BEEN ASKED IF I WANTED THE SERVICE PRIOR? I ALSO PURCHASED A BLONDE SHAMPOO AND CONDITER ($29.95 EACH - WHICH SHOULD TOTAL $60) HOWEVER ON MY RECEPIT A PROMOTION WAS PUT ON THE PRODUCTS COSTING $25 - SO THE PRODUCTS COST ME $75 IN TOTAL - AGAIN IM UNSURE OF THIS PROMOTION? I WOULD 100% COME BACK TO THE SALON HOWEVER, AS IT WAS THE BEST CUT & COLOUR I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME - THANKS

I'm undergoing a course of LED light treatment. Effective and relaxing, and Angelique is absolutely lovely. Lots of good advice and the treatment is expert!

I was in Australia for just 2 days. I really wanted to experience an excellent haircut from a superior hair salon. I saw an article about your salon and decided to give it a try. I went to the Fitzroy location and my stylist was Zoe. I was please fly greeted, had a delicious warm ginger tea( cold in Melbourne) and a very thourpugh co sultation. From there i layer in a massage chair for my warm scalp treatment and massage. So very needed after having flown I er 15 hours. Zoe explained everything she planned in doing and why. I felt very secure in her hands. She explained product to me to care for my particular concerns and how to style myself at home. Zoe was outstanding and VERY professional. I owned a spa in Philadelphia for 15 years. My service with Zoe was a wonderful reflection on your business. Thank you for making my visit a pleasure in Melbourne! Johanna Baltes
